Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales team responsible for door-to-door or local business visits to offer payment processing solutions. Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions with long-term residuals. Role emphasizes independent work with full support and training; benefits include uncapped commission, residual income, a flexible schedule, sales training, and mentorship. Prior experience in door-to-door, merchant services, or related B2B sales is preferred; the position allows fully remote work within your region with eligible working rights.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
