Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales: drive growth by going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and long-term residuals. Requires strong communication, resilience, goal-orientation, and experience in outside B2B sales; remote work allowed with eligibility to operate in your team region. Includes ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for an uncapped commission with monthly residuals, activation bonuses, and company-backed benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
