Job Summary
Account Executive – Workplace Technology at Ricoh drives new business in SMEs by identifying opportunities, building a self-managed pipeline, and presenting tailored workplace technology solutions (including Managed Print Services, digital workflow, and collaboration solutions). You will generate revenue from new and existing customers, prepare proposals and commercial presentations, manage your territory to maximize conversions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer outcomes while achieving sales targets and earning commissions. The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, stakeholder engagement, and delivering value-led conversations about Ricoh’s workplace technology portfolio in a permanent Brisbane-based position.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a commercial B2B, quota‐carrying sales role
- Managed Print Services experience and exposure to contractual, services‐based or managed solutions
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong capability in prospecting and building your own sales pipeline
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- The ability to engage confidently with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
