Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for driving business growth through managing major retail partnerships and acquiring new opportunities, with a focus on integrating and managing international brands into the US wholesale market. Lead initial brand discovery, strategy formulation for US market entry, and detailed revenue/margin forecasting, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure inventory readiness, pricing strategy, and retailer execution. Serve as primary contact for buyers and planners at major retail accounts, drive revenue growth and YoY margin improvements, prepare sales and margin analyses for leadership reviews, and negotiate vendor terms to align with long-term US growth objectives. Maintain brand stewardship across market channels and ensure compliance, onboarding, and vendor setup processes are executed efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Sales, or related field
- 5+ years of proven work experience in driving sales and margin growth within a retail or B2B environment
- Existing relationships with key retail partners is required
