Job Summary
Account Executive for Western Canada in Dexterra Group's Remote Services, responsible for growing remote camps, modular accommodations, and full-service catering solutions; prospect and qualify new business opportunities across resource, energy, mining, construction, and major capital projects; assist in building proposals and maintaining accurate CRM data to support forecasting and pipeline management; travel to remote project sites in Ontario and Manitoba and work within a hybrid remote model. Focus on developing relationships with clients and partners, understanding client needs, and delivering operations-focused solutions in remote and dynamic environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region (Ontario and Manitoba) and nationally as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
- Genuine interest in camp services, food operations, and delivering great experiences in remote settings
