Job Summary
Account Executive (West Coast) for Medely, fully remote in PST/MST, responsible for owning the complete sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities in the SMB space. Lead prospecting, discovery, tailored demos, and closing, using a consultative, multi-stakeholder approach. Build and manage outbound prospect lists, align with territory plans, and drive pipeline primarily through self-prospecting while engaging with clinical, operational, and executive decision-makers. Partner with Customer Success post-close to ensure onboarding and adoption. Requires 4+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying sales experience and a BS/BA degree or equivalent; remote work experience and proficiency with modern sales tech (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) are important.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
- minimum of 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software/technology or healthcare/regulatory industry is a plus
- comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers (clinical, operational, executive) within an account
- self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a remote sales environment
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
- remote work environment experience or capability
- ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting
- strong consultative, solution-based selling skills
- familiarity with SFDC/CRM and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Google Workspace)

- 4+ years of sales experience
