Job Summary
As an Account Executive in the welding and industrial gases sector, you will nurture and grow key client relationships while serving as the primary contact for strategic accounts. Responsibilities include leading the sales process for new business, developing engagement strategies aligned with customer needs, managing administrative duties, and collaborating with technical experts to provide solutions. You must possess a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and reliable transportation, along with experience in both sales and the technical landscape of the welding industry, including knowledge of welding processes and industrial gases. Familiarity with relevant safety protocols and equipment is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Current driver's license
- Minimum liability insurance as required by state of vehicle registration
- In place of a degree, 4 years of additional related professional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Welding)
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced Education: MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Professional Certifications such as AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Technical Knowledge in Welding Processes, Welding Metallurgy, Industrial Gases, Gas Delivery & Safety, Equipment & Consumables, Automation & Robotics
