Job Summary
Entry-level Account Executive to join We Are Social Amsterdam’s Client Services team. You will be the first point of contact between global brands and a top creative agency, focusing on mastering agency processes, maintaining daily project workflows, and providing organizational support to keep accounts running smoothly. Responsibilities include setting up internal meetings, tracking campaign timelines, updating status reports and project plans, passing client briefs to internal teams, maintaining professional client communication, assisting with shoot and video production organization, supporting digital PR and influencer outreach, coordinating with external suppliers, tracking expenses, and gathering performance data to help compile client campaign reports. The role emphasizes developing client-management skills, coordinating with creative, strategy, and production teams, and learning agency workflows. Fluency in English is mandatory, and the ideal candidate has a proactive, curious attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow in advertising/agency environments. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- recent graduates welcome
- prior marketing internships or agency exposure a plus
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) mandatory
