Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for owning end-to-end outbound pipeline across Volumental’s physical foot-scanner hardware and Shopify/e-commerce widget, selling to footwear/retail brands via in-store and online channels. Build and manage discovery-led sales conversations, construct business cases using scan data and metrics, conduct store visits and product demos, and maintain pipeline discipline in HubSpot. Travel to meet customers, collaborate with Customer Success on handovers and expansion signals, and stay aligned with product roadmap to translate new features into commercial opportunities. Requires 3–6 years in a closing role with experience in retail, footwear, or SaaS/e-commerce sales, strong discovery skills, and comfort with enterprise deal sizes (>$500K) in a globally scalable product environment. Flexible, hybrid work arrangement in Stockholm with international travel.
