Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for managing new and existing accounts with a focus on the Messaging (SMS) business within a fast-growing cloud communications company. Build current account strategy based on data analysis, stay updated on industry trends, and liaise closely with internal support teams (finance, legal, operations, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Role involves participating in sales and marketing activities, attending Global industry events, and traveling as needed. Strong experience in technology/Internet or telecommunications sales and account management, plus excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a leading university
