Job Summary
Account Executive to build customer relationships and drive new business for Visual Edge IT, leveraging consultative selling to position IT services (managed IT, cybersecurity, print solutions, and document workflow) to clients across the country. Role emphasizes prospecting, lead generation, developing proposals/quotes, achieving sales quotas, and contributing to company growth; strong communication, problem-solving, and team-oriented skills are required. Compensation features a base salary with uncapped commission and opportunities for bonuses; OTE is $100K+ with no earning cap. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Located in San Antonio, TX (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and solve problems independently
- A team-oriented mindset with ownership of work performed
- Ability to assess customer needs and deliver clear, compelling solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Valid state driver’s license required
