Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for ownership of the full sales cycle for Visier’s flagship enterprise product within a new prospect territory. Develop and execute pipeline strategies across multiple verticals using targeted outreach and rigorous discovery to diagnose business challenges, then build ROI-driven business cases for CIO, CHRO, CFO, and CDO. Navigate complex buying processes, address objections, and collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless buyer experience. Achieve quota based on Annual Contract Value while contributing to a high-performance team culture. Requires 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ability to engage senior executives, deep technical domain awareness, and a consultative, data-driven selling approach in fast-growing B2B SaaS environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of success in value-based enterprise software sales with a proven ability to engage and convert C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, CFO)
- Deep familiarity with data-intensive environments—including warehousing, advanced modeling, and complex integrations
- Full-Cycle Ownership: proven track record of managing the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting to closing
- Consultative Sales Approach: experience navigating complex, long-cycle sales processes
- Business & Financial Acumen: ability to articulate ROI of analytics solutions to diverse buyers
- Experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS environments with Fortune 2000 customers
