Job Summary
Account Executive role in Virginia focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with Vitu clients in the DMV/vehicle-government space. Responsibilities include training dealership personnel on Vitu usage, meeting with dealership management to review DMV processes, monitoring dealer error rates and licenses for DMV compliance, maintaining business relationships with dealership staff, providing Vitu support via phone, chat, and email, delivering proactive customer service, acting as Client Advocate by suggesting program improvements, ensuring DMV EVR & RIA procedures are followed through compliance audits, handling DMV support issues, navigating a dealer’s DMS to verify DMV fee calculations, and conducting DMV fee training in-person and via webinar.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Reports of Sale and other DMV documents for new and used vehicles
- Account management in a business-to-business environment (preferred)
- Experience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation
- EVR program knowledge (E-filing)
- Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing
- Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
- Effective communication with high-level executives
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Driving requirements: Valid Driver’s License & Acceptable Driving Record
- Travel up to 150 miles
