Job Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for building a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships within the real estate and mortgage industry. This role requires analyzing clients' insurance needs and offering tailored solutions from a large portfolio of carriers. Extensive training is provided, including salesforce.com and business development techniques. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a competitive attitude, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, 3.0 GPA preferred
- Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
