Account Executive - Utilities

Job Summary
Account Executive will manage relationships with utilities and program implementers, lead new business development, and serve as the primary lead on all RFPs for assigned accounts. Responsible for achieving KPIs, prospecting via phone/email/trade shows, presenting proposals and quotes, maintaining CRM with accurate forecasts, attending industry conferences, and traveling to meet customers. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, plus experience in outbound and in-person client engagement to drive growth in energy efficiency and weatherization solutions.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience with contractors, community action agencies and utility rebate programs (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
