Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service, logistics, transportation, warehouse, or account management experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL)
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory control processes
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
