Job Summary
Account Executive for Uniti's self-storage vertical, owning the full sales cycle from outbound and inbound discovery through demos, pilots, and closing, with partnership handoffs to Implementation and Customer Success. Collaborate with sales leadership, the CEO, and the broader commercial team to build target lists, manage pipeline hygiene, and drive renewals and expansions. The role requires deep understanding of self-storage operators, comfort with common SaaS tech stacks (HubSpot/Salesforce, Gong, Apollo/Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, BI tools), and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals while communicating effectively with facilities managers and CFOs. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience, self-storage industry exposure, and a track record of end-to-end sales in dynamic, high-growth environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years closing B2B SaaS
- Self-storage industry experience strongly preferred
- Comfort running both inbound and outbound motions
- Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce, Gong or similar, Apollo or Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a BI tool
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven track record of end-to-end sales in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder deals
