Job Summary
Drive new business and revenue growth by selling DebtBook's treasury products to government and public-sector markets; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing; articulate the value proposition to key decision-makers; collaborate with product and marketing to provide market feedback; maintain accurate CRM records; stay informed about industry trends and competitors; requires 4-8 years in treasury sales and startup/consulting exposure; strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in sales, specifically selling treasury products or to the treasury department
- 1 year of experience working in a start-up or consulting environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to articulate their sales numbers and demonstrate the ability to track and analyze key performance metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
