Job Summary

Senior, quota-carrying Account Executive role in healthcare professional services and analytics. Drives enterprise-level, consultative sales within the healthcare provider space, targeting hospitals, health systems, and physician groups. Responsibilities include leading solution-based engagements across RCM, HIM, and HIT; qualifying and closing net-new professional services opportunities; developing territory strategies to generate new client relationships; engaging C-suite stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and others); managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles through procurement and contracting; delivering value-based messaging focused on operational efficiency, revenue improvement, and compliance; independently managing pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment; collaborating with internal delivery and analytics teams to align solutions to client needs; applying healthcare industry best practices in revenue cycle and health IT optimization; maintaining CRM activity and sales reporting; and meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying environment. This role emphasizes healthcare domain knowledge, executive-level communication, and the ability to navigate long sales cycles.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful experience selling professional services within healthcare environments (RCM, HIM, HIT, or related services)
  • Established track record of closing enterprise-level healthcare provider deals
  • 5+ years of experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or physician groups
  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with $2M+ annual targets and consistent performance achievement
  • Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships and influence executive decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of healthcare financial and operational metrics
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-party sales cycles
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic sales skills
