Job Summary
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Tractian, you will drive significant revenue growth within existing accounts and new acquisitions. You will manage key accounts to maximize revenue, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include utilizing HubSpot CRM for account management, developing strong client relationships, performing prospecting activities, and negotiating deals. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Mid-Market Selling, alongside strong B2B sales strategies and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Mid-Market Selling with a proven track record in revenue growth
- Strong understanding of B2B account management and sales strategies
- Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for account analysis and opportunity management
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail
