Job Summary

Account Executive, Tokyo – own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build and grow a pipeline across the Tokyo region, work with local integrators, resellers, and channel partners, deliver tailored technical demos with Solutions Engineers, and provide feedback from the Japan market to influence regional strategy and product improvements. Requires native-level Japanese, 2+ years in quota-carrying sales, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel for customer meetings. In-office role based in Tokyo with occasional travel; probation period is 6 months. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Native-level Japanese language skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
