Job Summary
Account Executive, Ticket Sales for Sun Devil Athletics focuses on maximizing ticket revenue and attendance through season ticket packages, mini plans, and other ticket products. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship-building, and delivering outstanding customer experiences to drive new business, retention, and fan loyalty. Responsibilities include generating revenue via outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, networking events, referrals, digital campaigns, and game-day activations; identifying prospective season ticket holders; cultivating relationships with current, former, and prospective ticket holders; creating personalized ticket package solutions; utilizing CRM and ticketing platforms to track performance and follow up; meeting or exceeding revenue and activity goals; and supporting campaigns, promotions, and member events. Knowledge and abilities include sales strategy, customer service, fan retention, collaboration across departments, high-energy and adaptable work style, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM/ticketing software (Salesforce, Ticketmaster, Paciolan). Desired qualifications include 3+ months of ticket sales experience. The role is located in Tempe Campus, Arizona, within Sun Devil Athletics, with evening/weekend hours possible during events. Required Qualifications
- BACHELOR'S degree and one (1) year of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
