Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for developing new business and lead generation within an assigned territory. Drives territory growth through cold calls and leads, documents activity in CRM, maintains prospect contact via in-person sales and phone, and schedules appointments to ensure pipeline health. Supports marketing initiatives, benchmarks peer performance, and aims to consistently install new business within the territory. Requires a four-year degree and sales/industry knowledge, strong prospecting and communication abilities, and the capacity to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent
- Strong prospecting and sales skills (in-person and by phone)
- Experience with CRM and territory development
- Ability to travel and operate a motor vehicle
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass drug and background checks
