Job Summary
Build a book of business by prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries. Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options across a large carrier portfolio, and provide custom solutions to mitigate household risk. Achieve monthly new business revenue targets on an individual and team level. This role is part of a successful franchise partner agency within Goosehead Insurance, which has been disrupting the insurance industry since 2003.
Required Qualifications
- Passing the state licensing exam
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major
