Job Summary
Build a book of business by prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries. Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options across a large carrier portfolio, and provide custom solutions to mitigate household risk. Achieve monthly new business revenue targets on an individual and team level. This role is part of Goosehead Insurance's franchised network, where the team utilizes a smarter marketing approach to deliver world-class service. Candidates receive extensive training in Salesforce and sales process management.
Required Qualifications
- Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major
