Job Summary
Account Executive with Rentokil Pest Control responsibilities including selling pest management services to commercial customers across segments (hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, retail). You will participate in a training program, inspect and assess pest issues, and develop proposals and presentations to exceed sales targets. Key duties include creating new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling; visually inspecting buildings for pests and harborage; selling pest control solutions and preventative maintenance; crafting territory development strategies; maintaining knowledge of programs, pricing, and services; collaborating with internal teams; and CRM-based performance tracking. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to work in a full-time role, and a high school diploma or equivalent with a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 100% within assigned territory; industry licenses to be obtained with company support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A valid driver’s license from your current state of residence.
- Preferred two years of experience in Business to Business sales
- Prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking)
- Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently
- Will be required to obtain any required industry licenses that will be provided and paid for by the company
