Job Summary
Account Executive for Rentokil Western Exterminator family focused on selling pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. Responsibilities include cold calling, prospecting, networking, lead referrals, and cross-selling to create new business opportunities; visually inspecting buildings for pests and harborage; selling pest control solutions and preventative maintenance; crafting territory development strategies to exceed sales targets; maintaining knowledge of programs, pricing, and service offerings; collaborating with internal teams to maximize growth and delivering outstanding service solutions; and completing daily CRM-driven activities. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, willingness to travel up to 100% of territory, and ability to obtain required industry licenses. Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; self-motivated, hunter mentality; prior B2B sales experience preferred.
