Job Summary

Account Executive role focused on full-cycle sales for Mid-Market deals. Responsibilities include outbounding and qualifying leads, delivering online demos, managing a book of named accounts, onboarding new customers with the Account Management team, and maintaining a clean pipeline using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach. Requires high outbound activity (55+ cold calls per day), cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on cultivating relationships with a diverse portfolio of businesses to drive exclusive use of Engine for hotel bookings. The position supports a hybrid-hub model with offices or fully remote, located in Tempe, AZ. OTE $100K-$120K; base salary plus bonuses/equity; ongoing applications accepted.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of B2B Sales experience
  • Minimum 1+ year B2B Sales Representative or SDR/BDR experience
  • Hunter mentality with outbound prospecting techniques and tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong)
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Mid-Market deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with maintaining a clean sales pipeline using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach
