Job Summary

Account Executive to manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B client accounts, guide clients through quotes, pricing, orders, and logistics, and build trusted long-term relationships that convert into recurring revenue. You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets tied to account growth, work with an international partner base, and contribute to growth in a fast-moving hardware and logistics business. Requires 1-2 years in sales/account management/customer success, strong communication skills, and fluency in English; based in Uruguay with hybrid work arrangement. Focus areas include managing quotes, pricing, orders, and logistics coordination, maintaining proactive client engagement, and driving growth across a global book of accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, customer success, or similar client-facing role
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Based in Uruguay
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Accountability and ownership
  • Comfortable owning numbers and working toward clear targets
  • Hungry to learn the commercial side of a global hardware and logistics business
