Job Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships by understanding their business environment and objectives. This role includes solution selling of technology solutions, managing a multi-month sales cycle for high-value transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of outside sales experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position requires proactive engagement with clients and collaboration with internal resources.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated outside sales experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of consultative, solutions sales process
- Various vendor certifications as necessary
