Job Summary
Account Executive / Sales Manager role in commercial roofing seeking to grow strategic and national accounts across the Southeast. Build and maintain relationships with commercial building owners, property managers, developers, and general contractors; identify opportunities for re-roofing, maintenance programs, and new construction roofing projects; conduct roof assessments and develop project scopes and proposals; collaborate with estimating and operations teams; maintain sales pipeline through CRM; support territory growth and revenue development.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in commercial roofing or construction industry sales
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and project lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships
- Comfortable performing site visits and roof inspections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
