Job Summary
Account Executive at National Business Furniture responsible for growing a defined portfolio of accounts, closing complex, project-based revenue opportunities, and delivering workspace solutions through omnichannel engagement. Leads new business development, maintains active relationships with customer decision-makers, coordinates internal teams (Design, Project Coordination, Sales Admins), structures deals to meet margin and profitability, and maintains a robust CRM pipeline to forecast opportunity management. Requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills; frequent in-person customer visits in the Philadelphia area; CRM proficiency and cross-functional collaboration are essential to drive topline revenue and merchandise gross margin.
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience; complex or project-based selling strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance; position is required to make six customer visits each week.
