Job Summary
The Account Executive - Sustainable Infrastructure is responsible for selling large, complex, bundled offerings with outcome guarantees to high-level customers. This role requires building and managing long-term customer relationships, executing the sales process to cultivate new opportunities, and promoting JCI's value proposition by addressing customer business and financial challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record focusing on performance contracting and renewable service agreements, demonstrating strong financial and business acumen to achieve customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required
- A minimum of five to seven years of progressive field sales experience up to the C-level
- Excellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Experience selling energy solutions performance contracts
- Ability to travel 50%
