Job Summary
Entry-level Account Executive Support Specialist provides coverage and execution support for Account Executives by managing quote follow-ups, preparing premium finance quotations, conducting credit reviews as needed, onboarding new relationships, and servicing program entities. Works with regional AEs, SEs, and leadership to drive retention and growth, document activities in Salesforce, and deliver education and support on IPFS tools and services while focusing on KPI achievement and high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce and documentation coordination
- Ability to manage quotes, credit reviews, and onboarding communications
- Detail-oriented with customer service orientation
