Job Summary
Account Executive for a fast-growing seed-stage B2B software startup. Own full-cycle sales from discovery to close, manage pipeline, conduct discovery and demos, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue targets across inbound and outbound motions. Sell into consumer brands spanning mid-market to enterprise; collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering; support early customers post-sale; travel to industry events and conferences several times a year; work with founders and leadership to shape pricing, terms, and roadmap. Requires ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders, navigate a fast-paced environment, and consistently hit quota. Travel to industry events and on-site meetings several times a year; base salary $100K-$120K with $170K-$200K OTE, 10% commission (20% after quota), equity, and comprehensive health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Comfort with both inbound and outbound motions
- Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise accounts
- Ability to navigate technical conversations and translate platform capabilities into business value
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Hungry, eager, and self-directed
- Willingness to travel to industry events and conferences several times a year
- A bias toward action and learning by doing
