Job Summary

Account Executive in Taipei, Taiwan (Hybrid, 80-100% remote/evasive travel within country) will undergo hands-on training with Stryker’s Mako robotic system, gain certification for independent case coverage, and develop clinical/technical knowledge of implants and instruments. Responsibilities include completing Mako Robotics training, troubleshooting robotic system issues with Field Service, supporting day-to-day account coordination, assisting in robotic procedures to achieve certification, building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, managing administrative tasks (case tracking, billing, complaint reporting, Product Experience Report, Return Material Authorization), and driving product demos and utilization within accounts. The role requires traveling up to ~20% and fluency in Chinese and English, with focus on sales/marketing in the medical device space and collaboration across sales teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of work experience in a sales/marketing within the medical device industry or exposure to operating room experience
  • Good communication skills, proficiency in both Chinese and English
  • Strong logical and analytical skills
