Job Summary
Account Executive, Strategic Network Accounts (West) responsible for owning a portfolio of school district accounts, driving full-cycle sales, outbound prospecting, and negotiations to achieve quota. Manage renewals and expansion, cross-sell opportunities, and serve as the trusted advisor to district stakeholders. Lead onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer experience with cross-functional teams; maintain pipeline in Salesforce; travel 30-50% for onsite meetings and events; remote-first with core hours and on-camera availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Minimum 1+ year of K-12 experience, including selling into school districts and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing full sales cycles and growing both new and existing accounts
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and disciplined pipeline management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to handle objections and close effectively
- Strong time management and ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
