Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive owns the full enterprise sales cycle for high-stakes deals, acting as a strategic advisor to C-suite stakeholders. You will lead discovery, run complex demos, and navigate procurement to close large-scale opportunities with a high degree of autonomy. The role requires 6–10+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales, experience with fast-scaling startups, ability to engage with CFO/CTO/CHRO-level executives, and expertise in GRC, security, or regulated industries. You will influence the sales playbook and collaborate with leadership, while leveraging a strong base salary and commission structure.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically with Enterprise accounts
- Experience as an early sales hire or within a fast-scaling startup
- Proven ability to command the room with C-level stakeholders
- Expert at managing complex deals, pricing, and Mutual Action Plans
- Experience in GRC, Security, or Regulated Industries (Healthcare/Tech preferred)
- Strong base salary + lucrative commission structure (implied compensation)
