Job Summary
Manage strategic accounts through initial design, onboarding, client advocacy, and program growth while driving sales, profitability, and cash flow targets. Lead account management activities to increase scope of service, secure renewals, and boost Total Contract Value by partnering with Member Relations Specialists. Strategically engage to increase waiver sign-ups and support new sales efforts by assisting in net new opportunities, moving prospects through the pipeline, and delivering sales materials. Utilize Salesforce for prospecting, market analytics, and creating standardized reports to grow current accounts. Act as a liaison to marketing to support go-to-market activities including use cases, white papers, and demos. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain contractual obligations and deliver client-facing reports. Up to 30% travel required; live in Los Angeles or San Diego.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Masters preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, account management
- preferably in I/DD
- Live in Los Angeles or San Diego
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Must possess personal transportation
- Must have access to the internet
- Ability to identify needs of potential clients and offer company-based solutions to provide a positive ROI
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Possess a working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including implementation best practices, systems analysis procedures, project techniques, and practices
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret contract language
