Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for prospecting, opening new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a B2B outside-sales capacity within the Richmond, VA area. Drive opportunities through the sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to account management, leveraging networking and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships. Staffing-industry experience is a plus; bilingual (Spanish/English) is advantageous. Required Qualifications
- B2B Outside Sales experience Required
- Staffing Industry experience a plus
- Proven track record in B2B Sales
- Understanding of margins as they relate to the staffing industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
- Selling or Influencing Others — Convincing others to buy services or to otherwise change their minds or actions
- Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
- Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge — Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job
