Job Summary
Accounts Executive role responsible for prospecting and selling new business within an assigned territory through in-person outreach, door knocking, and meetings with decision-makers. Must consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and adapt to SpectrumVoIP’s sales process. Requires self-motivation, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. The role uses HubSpot, Spotio, and CRM tools to document interactions, set appointments, and close deals. Travel within the designated sales territory is expected; a viable remote home office and reliable broadband are required. The position emphasizes a fast-paced, high-activity environment with a focus on new business development and relationship-building in the telecommunications/cloud-hosted VoIP space.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of business to business (B2B) outside sales experience preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Must have a viable remote home office
- Must have a computer and highly reliable broadband internet access
- Proficient in HubSpot, Spotio, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams
