Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for prospecting and selling new business within an assigned territory, including door knocking and meeting with decision makers in person. Must drive daily to generate appointments, qualify opportunities, and close deals using a structured sales process. Role requires use of HubSpot for documenting interactions and Spotio/CRM tools for activity tracking; must meet or exceed sales quotas and demonstrate strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills. Flexible in a fully remote work environment; focus on in-person engagement with potential clients and maintaining a high level of professionalism and ownership of the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Door knocking experience
- Ability to meet with decision makers in person
- Proven track record of closing sales and meeting quotas
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
- Experience using Spotio or CRM tools
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven with high work ethic
- Ability to prospect and develop new business in assigned territory
- B2B sales experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Professionalism and ownership of sales process
