Job Summary
Account Executive for Industrial Aftermarket Sales focused on key target accounts across CE, EM, M/T, AG, CAT, WE, and O&G sectors. Build relationships with distributors and end users, leverage programs and market presence to generate new business, conduct regular QBRs, and communicate opportunities to modify strategy or expand services. Travel 30-50% with time spent in the corporate office coordinating with NBCA departments to ensure project completion. Reports to VP of Industrial Aftermarket Sales and President of NBCA; requires ability to travel, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office/CRM. Bachelor's degree or 4-year technical degree preferred; 5–7 years industrial sales experience; knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment and bearing/PT industries; capable of engaging multiple organizational levels.

- 5–7 years of experience in Industrial sales
- Competent knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment and industries
- Ability to travel 30-50%
- Experience with CRM and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
