Job Summary
Account Executive - Specialty Markets responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers in the Care Continuum. They will align complex product solutions and services with customer initiatives, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, manage a longer sales cycle, and execute an opportunity plan independently. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of BD offerings, industry terminology, reimbursement and government regulation, and uses the Solution Sales Process to deliver value pre- and post-sale. Requires travel up to 50% and frequent in-person collaboration, with on-site presence expected in a primary work location. Strong relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience required
- Travel up to 50% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
- On-site presence forecast (minimum 4 days in-office per week) as part of workplace arrangements
