Job Summary
Account Executive for SMB sales leading generation, prospecting, and closing new business with small to mid-size companies (10-299 employees). Responsibilities include lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging solution-based selling to demonstrate value, recommending wireless solutions (price plans, data services, handsets, accessories), negotiating and closing deals, and developing skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and sales meetings. Must be legally able to work in the United States, with travel required; prior B2B or commissioned sales experience preferred. The role focuses on driving new account acquisition and meeting monthly quotas while leveraging product training and sales leadership to advance within the organization.
