Job Summary
Account Executive, SMB sales at T-Mobile targeting small and medium businesses (10-299 employees) in underserved markets. This hunter role focuses on acquiring new SMB accounts through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and referrals, with responsibilities including lead generation, assessing customer needs, recommending wireless solutions (price plans, data services, handsets, accessories), negotiating and closing deals, and developing skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. The role requires participating in product training and sales meetings, managing the sales funnel, forecasting activities, and traveling as needed. Required: High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience; travel is required. Preferred: Outside B2B sales experience; being legally authorized to work in the United States.
