Job Summary
Account Executive for the SMB Team in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for meeting/exceeding monthly sales quotas by acquiring new accounts across geographic territories, prospecting and networking to generate leads, conducting solution-based selling to demonstrate value and tailor recommendations, negotiating and closing deals, and managing the sales funnel with reporting on activities and forecasting. Must be able to travel as part of the role; required foundational education includes a High School Diploma/GED, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills, plus experience with sales automation tools, are expected.
