Job Summary
Account Executive for SMB Team in Cincinnati, OH responsible for meeting/exceeding monthly sales quotas by prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and acquiring accounts across multiple geographic territories. Role includes solution-based selling, tailoring recommendations, negotiating and closing deals, managing the sales funnel, and generating reporting. Drive training in product knowledge, participate in sales initiatives, and utilize sales tools to optimize prospecting and forecasting. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills, with experience in dynamic, commission-based environments; travel may be involved to cover territories.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Work Experience: 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
- Licenses and Certifications: At least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States
