Job Summary
Account Executive, SMB Sales in Livonia, MI responsible for generating leads and prospecting to acquire new SMB accounts (10-299 employees) within an assigned geographic territory. Use solution-based selling to identify customer needs, recommend wireless solutions (plans, data services, handsets, accessories), negotiate and close deals, and grow the customer base. Role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, participation in product training and sales meetings, and the ability to travel as needed. Education required: High School Diploma/GED; 1+ years of verifiable sales experience (preferably commissioned) with Outside B2B sales experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be comfortable with a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
