Job Summary
Account Executive (SMB) in Sydney (Hybrid, Full-time) responsible for hunting new logos across Australia and New Zealand, researching prospective accounts, engaging IT leaders and executives, and demonstrating the value of OutSystems’ AI-powered development platform. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, managing a full sales cycle, and growing existing accounts through platform upgrades. Requires a hunter mentality, strong communication/negotiation skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology or software selling to Australian SMBs
- Business-level fluency in English
- Understanding of cloud computing technologies and AI trends
- Ability to map accounts, engage IT leaders and executives, and manage the sales cycle from discovery to close
